A non refundable deposit of 1/3 rd is required to secure all bookings. The full balance is due one month before arrival. If the holiday is booked within 6 weeks the full amount is payable immediately. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque, cheques made payable to Sutton Barton Farmhouse.

Well behaved dogs are allowed via prior arrangement. A charge of £45.00 per dog will apply with a maximum of 2.

Useful Information

Change Over Days: Friday – arrival: 3pm, departure: 10am.

  • Linen & towels provided – bring own beach towels.
  • Central heating (included in the cost).
  • All beds made up on arrival.
  • 1 wooden cot, 1 travel cot and 2 high chairs provided. Cot linen not provided.
  • Only guests listed on the booking form can stay or use the facilities at Sutton Barton Farmhouse.
  • Electricity, water and heating included.
  • Logs provided for wood-burners.
  • Well behaved dogs are allowed via prior arrangement. A charge of £ 35.00 per dog will apply with a maximum of 2..
  • No Fireworks or Chinese lanterns are allowed at Sutton Barton Farmhouse as we are surrounded by livestock and barns.
  • Shopping can be ordered online and delivered to the door step.
